Babar is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager working for a client in Saudi Arabia. Babar comes with the worth of 18 years of Quantity Surveying experience on large scale construction projects. Babar has strong and valuable experience of working in the multinational consultants and Tier 1 contractor in Saudi Arabia on different projects. Babar has expertise in all forms of contract and has a good knowledge of the FIDIC, standard public Saudi contracts and bespoke contracts. He has expertise in contract practice & administration, negotiation, risk management, subcontractor management, claims & change management. Babar has a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying and construction management from United Kingdom. Babar is an active RICS counselor, an assessor, mentoring and motivating tens of young surveyors in his connection to become future chartered surveyors. He is also a speaker and has delivered lectures in various Webinars and Seminar on the topics related to Commercial and Contracts. Babar is a Board Member of RICS KSA Region Advisory Board.
